A Vision Board is a creative or artistic representation, often in collage form, of the vision that you have for something specific: a dream home, a dream job, how you would like your business to be, or your ideal lifestyle.
Why would I want one? How does it help?
The thing I like most about this method is that it can help get you out of your head.
By getting creative, you can let your analytical mind relax and let images and words that inspire you make it into your collage.
It’s something to have fun with — to get into the energy of inspiration and creation.
And it’s something to hang where you can see it every day.
